  1. life as a rasta womanJah Rastafari way of lifeJah Way of Life is called “Rastafari.” It was called “The Nazarite Vow,” in biblical times” To live as Rasta is easy. Read my books. Rasta Way of life, Life as a Rasta Woman to learn more. Basically you will eat “clean foods” also known as Ital food, lock your hair, and treat people with The same respect you desire. Fair enough, right?
  2. Jah say, be loving towards your brother – Love your neighbour and other nation people as if they are your brother and sisters. They are your siblings under the name of Jah Rastafari. This is one of the 10 Commandments. The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
  3. rasta_meditation_han_cover_for_kindleJah reminds us to  Keep his Sabbath – This is the part most people fail to understand. The Sabbath is a Day just for Jah. One should Honour it and keep it holy. Jah will reward you I promise. You will only know this after you do it consistently. EVERY time after I keep the Sabbath, something good happens in my life, without fail. In my book on Rasta meditation, I talk about the forgotten “spiritual side” of Rastafari.
  4. To not worship, nor keep any “other Gods” – Jah does not like when his children believe in other Gods, or keep other beliefs, or have idols in their home, or in their way of life. Do not do this. The bible says he will let go and turn us over to our own devices, if and when we do this.
  5. Rasta_Way_of_Life_Cover_for_KindleMake Jah Rastafari #1 in your life in all things each Day. – Make Jah number one. Read your bible, give him thanks for all the things that make you happy, every day. Give thanks for all the things you know you could not live without, like fresh air, food, nature, family etc. Jah loves to be number one, he will take care of you, if you show him that you place him, and acknowledge him as “number 1” in all Things. Some examples praying over your food to Jah, asking him to bless the food before you eat it. When you enter your home, give him thanks, when you wake up in the morning, give him thanks again. Learn how to live with Jah in your life, read Rastafari meditation handbook. These suggestions are simple,  but Jah loves the Honour so much, he will acknowledge and honour you back.

Rastafarian Religion: 10 Facts & Beliefs

Rastafarian Religion:10 Facts & Beliefs

Rasta Religion –  18 Jah Prayers White Rastafari

Some  Rasta Stereotypes – Jah Rastafari Morning Prayer

  1. 51fQ7SPHsSL._SX311_BO1,204,203,200_The God of Rastafari – The “God” of Jah Rastafari is “King Selassie I of Ethiopia, crowned King of Ethiopia November 2nd 1930. Some people wonder why we praise King Selassie I if he is dead. To Rasta King Selassie I never dies. Give thanks and praises to the Most High.
  2. The Colors of Rastafari – The official colors of Rastafari are Red Yellow and Green. The same colors that are on the Ethiopian flag. Sometimes we include white or black.
  3. Who was the first Rasta? – This is a tough Question to answer. If you ask me personally now that I have thought about it…all the main men in the bible. Samson, Solomon, Samuel, Ezra…King David…Jesus Christ….apart from them you have Leonard Howell. Google him.
  4. Biblical Royal lineage of King Selassie I – King Menelik, the child of Queen of 250px-Ras_Mäkonnen_(Wäldä-Mika'él)_(1852-1906)Sheba and King Solomon was King Selassie I uncle. Royal blood line from the lineage of King David and the Tribe of Judah. (left is a photo of King Selassie I father, Ras Makonnen.)
  5. King and Queen of Ethiopia – I am told first time in History a King and Queen were crowned (King of Ethiopia and Queen of Ethiopia) at the Same time. In Rastafari Culture there is no such thing as a woman beneath her man. If a Rasta woman is submissive to her Kingman, it is because it is written on her heart, not because Rastafari calls for her to do that.
  6. King Selassie I birthday celebrated – King Selassie I Date of birth is July 23 1892 and is celebrated by Rasta every year as “Earth Strong.”
  7. Groundation Day – King Selassie I visited Jamaica on April 21nd 1966. That day is know celebrated by Rastafari people worldwide as “Groundation Day.”
  8. Dreadlocks – Hair worn in Dreadlocks of Rasta Represent, Dedication to Jah, King 1-sexy-black-man-dreadlocksSelassie I, a symbolic crown, a natural way of life. No fuss, no vanity. “Yahweh spoke to Moses and said, ‘Speak to the Israelites and say:  If a man or a woman wishes to make a vow, the Nazirite vow, to vow himself to Yahweh, he will abstain from wine and fermented liquor, he will not drink vinegar derived from one or the other, he will not drink grape juice or eat grapes, be they fresh or dried.  For the duration of his vow he will eat nothing that comes from the vine, not even juice of unripe grapes or skins of grapes.  As long as he is bond by his vow, no razor will touch his head; until the time for which he has vowed himself to Yahweh, he will not go near a corpse, he will not make himself unclean for his fathjah rastafari beleifser or his mother, or his brother or his sister, should they die, since on his head he carries his vow to his God.  Throughout the whole of his vow he is a person consecrated to Yahweh.”Numbers 6:1- 8
  9. Freedom of Self – Rasta believe every man should be allowed to live his life as he chooses. For more Rastafari Beliefs and Principles read the book on amazon.com
  10. Rastafari is not a Religion – Rasta says Rastafari is not a Religion. Rasta say Rastafari is a way of life. Pure and simple. There are no Rastafari practices which one must do. More Rastafari Religion Facts to teach your child Here.

Where is God?

black jesus, rastaman, praying rastaWhere is God? (just some rambling)

If you are like me you have asked your self this question. Well God has a place in all things, but one very important point I want to highlight is, so does Satan.

Have you ever wondered to your self….there must be one truth out of all the Religions. One faith that is the real truth of God. There just has to be….or maybe you have thought all Religions are right they just have different ways of going about getting to God and believing in heaven.

First of all God is not in Religion

I over heard a woman talking the other day saying something like “well, I am a Catholic…” I wanted so much to say, do you know there is no such thing as Catholic. But I did not bother. But really folks there is no such thing as Catholic, that is a division, in a way, and isn’t God God. Jesus was a man, he came here with a purpose, the last thing he wanted to do was have people categorizing, and dividing themselves based on him or anything else. God is in your heart, if you believe in Jesus he is in your heart too. I tell people often…I do not discuss Rastafari because I believe my spirituality is something personal, it is just for me, so I don’t discuss, it. I am not trying to convince others that I am better than them, or that they should follow my way of life. I just think if its personal keep it personal.

What good is it to you?

What good is your spirituality for you if you cannot depend on it wholly and solely for all situations. In other words, if it doesn’t give you a sense of peace, security, and a knowing that all is working to bring you into your highest light, whats really the point of embracing the faith. I am saying if you say you embrace a faith, then there is no reason to become angry, or hostile, or unsure of yourself about anything. Your faith is there for you, always working for your highest good. Well, that is how I see it.

Channeling Aliens???

I brought up the issue of beliefs because I recently met a very nice lady, who told me she is Channeling Aliens and that the aliens have all the answer to everything. I am sure this is working for her because she speaks of it in great confidence. My only problem is….what is the faith called, how do you categorize it meaning how do you know when to do what? Is it giving you peace? I quickly learned channeling and depending on the guidance of Aliens was not bringing her any peace. It answered her questions and told her how the universe began, but she seemed to have an overload of information and a great responsibility on her shoulders. I wondered about her morals and ethics too, which I soon learned…she felt it better not to have any. Example, she is 43, doesn’t mind sleeping with a man as long as he is over 18 – I mean from 21 – 72. I just think that is way too slack. Just me, I am an Empress, and I think morals, and values, keep you clean, give you clarity, and give you a direct path to Zion. Just me.

God is everywhere

God is everywhere at all times. Notice I have used the word God and not Jah. Well here is where I switch things up a bit. Let me answer the earlier question. There is one true faith. Remember when Moses came upon the burning bush. He met God. So the truth of God must be somewhere. What faith did Moses practice? What was it called? He obviously believed in God, because he met him. History books will try to steer you away from the truth by filling your head with lies and leaving many things out. When Moses was through speaking with God, he was not the same man he was before, one of the things that happened instantaneously or over time was, his hair formed into dreadlocks. I know this because that is exactly what locks represent. The King James versin bible makes many references to locks, turbans, sabbaths, incense, covenants etc. These are all related to Rastafari. Rastafari is that one truth. Religion never existed, only covenants, with a purpose, with God.

But….

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAGod….Jah is very strong in Jamaica. I know this because I know it and because when I was there his symbols were everywhere. I felt so at home, so protected like I could do no wrong. Jah 2 major symbols are the Jamaican Flag, and the Lion of Judah flag. Jamaicans have these two flags, painted on walls, hanging in shops, hanging in homes, everywhere. I love it. Jah is real, he does have a place and he does have a people, right now here on earth, that is Jamaica. All Rasta people know it.

Why am I writing this? I am writing it for the people who want to know it. I am also writing this because I want people to know if you think you can be your own God and
Channel Aliens for guidance you are kidding your self. God is real, his name is Jah. This is no Joke. The other point I wanted to make is…a lot of people don’t want to have anything to do with God because they think God is boring. Well God may be boring, but Jah is not boring. He created everything so how on earth can he be boring. Jah is very musical, creative, He loves the outdoors, and loves helping people.

Ok enough rambling…thanks. Sorry I was going to really talk about some real things, then I just rambled.

Why Rasta say “King Selassie I (Jah Rastafari)”

Why Rastafari say “King Selassie I (Jah Rastafari)

King Selassie II have been thinking about this for some time. But it was only recently that I asked my self the question and got an answer. I know..its spiritual, just allow me to explain. I used to know a guy. Someone I cared about very much. He began embracing the faith around the same time I did, and lived in my area, here in Ontario. We immediately became friends when we ran into each other on the bus, after some time. We had Rastafari in common and many Rasta like to stick together.

The name “Jah” Feels right for me

I learned very quickly we were embracing the faith in different ways. He would often say King Selassie I. I would say Jah. We had a conversation about this one day. He told me he found it dumb that I would say Jah considering the very name of my faith means KIng Selassie I. I told him there are many Rasta who say Jah, and it is a personal thing and that saying Jah, feels right for me.

Jah Rastafari is the Convenant

I have since made friends with another individual who chooses to embrace the faith in this way, as my former friend. So, I asked my self, why do Rasta say King Selassie I. The reason may be something you did not expect. In fact it is somewhat complicated. When you are reading this keep in mind that we have all been brainwashed about the truth concerning God, so the truth (which I am about to share with you) may sound like lies. But, It is the truth, about the real God. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as stated in the King James Version Bible. The God of the Covenant people, of Israel and Judah.

Ask yourself some questions about spiritual truth

Before I get into Why Rasta say King Selassie I, I want you to ask yourself some questions, just to exercise you mind in the way of knowing that, brainwashing is taking place, and spiritual truth is out there. But many people don’t know it so the lies concerning God and spirituality (Religion) is what dominates the world.

  1. What Religion was Jesus Christ?
  2. What Religious beliefs did Adam and Eve have?
  3. How did God make black people, and why?
  4. If God is real what does he want from me?
  5. Is there a way of life that can induce things like prosperity, peace, happiness, for all persons?

The birth of King Selassie I

Jah is the Almighty Creator. He is all-knowing and All powerful. In our modern lives of Fast cars, accumulation of material possessions and fake hair and nails, we have forgotten that the creator still exists, and he has not changed since he created Adam and Eve.

Jah appointed King Selassie I by birth to protect the land where he (created) placed the first Man and Woman. This is no joke…Its just truth.

Foreign Invasion and Colonization of Africa

Did you know the original name of the entire continent of Africa was actually called “Ethiopia?” Africa as we call it today was known as Upper Ethiopia and Lower Ethiopia. Due to foreign invasion and colonization bit by bit, Africa was taken over and the names of small areas changed.

Come 1935, during the reign of King Selassie I in Ethiopia, Mussolini with his Modern weaponry , and unscrupulous tactics, set out to invade and take over. King Selassie I, a devout Christian and a proud King of “Ethiopia” wasn’t having any of that.

We can still visit the Garden of Eden….

Could you image visiting Ethiopia in this day and age and pointing to a Condo or a Highway, or a grocery store and saying …and that is where the Garden of Eden used to be. Jah wasnt gonna have any of that either. Remember Jah Jah is Almighty and all-powerful, he has the ability to foresee wickedness, and he also has the ability to appoint someone by birth to defend his endeavours. This is exactly what Jah did to protect the Garden of KIng, by way of the Birth of King Selassie I. We can still go and visit the Garden of Eden. Thank you Jah

The words “Ras – Tafari” what it means

Rastafari men and Rastafari women know that King Selassie I birth and life is the works of Jah the king selasse with empress menenAlmighty creator. This is why we say “Jah Rastafari.” Ras Tafari was the birth or baptism name of Emperor Haile Selassie I.  Ras meaning prince, and his first name Tafari. When we say Rastafari, we are really saying God the Almighty and powerful creator, the God of Israel, who created my spirituality by way of one man, King Selassie I.” See, it’s too long! So we say “Jah Rastafari!” I cannot be bothered to lie to you. It is a fact.

Whats really the point of all this?

The point of all this is that some Rasta say King Selassie I and some do not. Neither is right or wrong. If want to Salut Jah, by saying the word Jah, King Selassie I is automatically included. If you want to say King Selassie I, you automatically include Jah. I say Jah because it feels right for me, but some times I say King Selassie I too. It depends what I am trying to say.

Sometimes I want to emphasize that the works of Jah, the Almighty is so great and so powerful, that to say King Selassie I. Sometimes, I want to say, what a blessing to know the truth of the Almighty, so I say Jah. Its spiritual and personal.

Rastafari is the truth and light for all Nations

Rastafari is the truth. There is nothing else and nothing higher. I am sorry but as a Rasta I know black jesusthat. Anything that exists on earth only because Jah allows it. If he doesn’t want it, he knows how to get rid of it. The only reason people have other spiritual beliefs is because they are brainwashed, and Jah allows them to be brainwashed because he gives every individual free will.

It’s all there in the King James version bible. The relationship between the God of Israel and the covenant people. Even that they too believed in other Gods.

Jah bless to all my beauties. Rastafari is the light.

Jah Love, and Jah guidance.

Jah Jah was not sleeping during Slavery

Jah Jah is always watching

Every born Rasta knows, Jah Jah is always watching. Jah Jah is a black African, except he is in his spirit form, but he is still a black African. Just like when I become a spirit, I will still have been a Black African, therefore my likes my beliefs, my personality my hair texture will all be that of a Black African. Jah, Jah was not sleeping during slavery, in fact, he was connected to his people more than ever. I believe slavery only happened because black african people (my people) allowed them selves to be enslaved.

He created Rasta and Emperor Haile Selassie I the first

Jah works in ways most people are unaware of. For those of you out there visiting this sight for the first time. When I say Jah, I do mean God. There is only one. Rasta is here to share the word, the truth about Jah and black people. Jah created the birth of Emperor Haile Selassie I to inspire and awaken the black people. To share with the world, the truth of Jah. Emperor Haile Selassie is a life example of what Jah can do, Rasta are the enforcers, of the power of Jah and the life and message of Emperor Haile Selassie I.

im offended every fucking day of my life.

Please don’t come here and tell me you are offended,  cause I don’t care. I am offended every fucking day of my life. And don’t tell me what to believe or what to say regarding my spirituality. This is my website, this is my spirituality, and I am the one living this life. Please don’t tell me how to say what I am saying.

Jah loves his people so….

Rastafari is spirit that anybody can have inside. He sent Rasta here with a message. Yes Rasta can be any color, however Rasta are predominantly black. This is for a number of reasons I will not get into right now.

Jah is a complete and whole entity

    • Jah is a Black African
    • Jah has tightly coiled hair
    • Jah is a complete and whole entity

Black African people are the expression of the complete and whole hue-man.

Black people are dark-skinned, with tight very tightly coiled hair. When you are creating something you need the ingredient to be in its purest, and strongest, most natural form, so that it can remain, and flavor, and color whatever it is that you are creating. If you use something weak, then your creation will be weak, and how can you make more of something with something that is incomplete. Black people have the juice, the Melanin, to reproduce, the hue- to make the hue man.

Slavery made Black people stronger

Slavery just made black people stronger and more resilient. Maybe even physically stronger too. We put all our faith in God, and came out a very God-fearing people, who could perform magic such as voodoo, and hoodoo, and other forms of magic, we needed this to defeat the white slave masters. Now our people have special “skills.”  Slavery in its own way is our (black people) own little gift.

My new book on Black people

I am writing a book called “love your blackness” In there I get more in detail about the things written in this blog post. No where on this blog did I ever say that I was blogging for people to like me, or to make one group feel more secure with black people. If you feel insecure reading the truth, or learning or know the wrongs of your people, trying to silence me isn’t gonna do anything. The truth will follow you wherever you go. Most of the books I will write in the future will be for black people. That is who I was sent to deliver the message to. End of story. Telling me off is only gonna waste my time and yours and I am not going to stop making the effort to reprogram the minds of my people.

For all those who appreciate truth. Love and Blessing. Jah Jah is not sleeping.
